The fully automatic and contactless entrance with turnstile scans tickets, processes data and prints badges – intuitive and one-stop to the big event! As a perfect complement, we offer stationary admission without a turnstile as well as flexible admission with our mobile wireless handheld scanners. In this way, even large events can manage the balancing act between staff requirements and costs, while at the same time shining with service. In addition, our admission controls offer the highest standard that supports the security concept: They can be easily passed in emergency situations.
All visitors, exhibitors, and employees receive a badge when they enter the event. In the design of the event, it is individualised by the personal data. In this way, each person is recognisable and approachable in their role. This boosts networking! Even last-minute ticket registrations are taken into account when entering the event and are easily printed on demand. The thermal printing technology enables direct removal without smudging.
Should the local network falter or fail completely due to large amounts of data, our admission can take place unhindered. Thanks to our patented QUICODE technology, admission controls and badge printing function continuously. This is because all the necessary information is stored on the ticket, so that – even with tickets purchased spontaneously – admission and badge printing function smoothly. As soon as the network is online again, all data is transferred and is ready for evaluation.
By sufficiently dimensioning and scaling our systems, we have already mastered huge events. The continuous monitoring of all systems works right down to the application level and detects even creeping system errors at an early stage. Our data centres are also designed with multiple redundancies – including network connection, power supply, air conditioning, and fire protection. This ensures data security and high reliability.
