One Badge for Everything
Organisers invite their members via the organiser portal. All association members are automatically invited via interfaces to the CRM or the import of contact lists. Depending on their status, members receive individualised email campaigns and are automatically reminded via the reminder function. It is not only the members who can be coordinated in the organiser portal: The comprehensive speaker management also contributes to good organisation and high satisfaction.
The visitor portal can be made accessible publicly or via invitation link. Here, members can purchase previously defined ticket categories at different conditions: tickets for members and non-members or honour tickets and VIP tickets. Special guests are often granted access to special event areas or can participate in additional programme items. To check eligibility when purchasing tickets, proof of identity must be provided. This is automatically requested by the system and the ticket is sent after verification.
Visitors can be asked directly during registration which offers they would like to take part in.This data is stored in the QUICODE on the badge.In this way, the badge not only allows general access to the location, but also to the booked programme items.For even more service, the organisers can provide information on reserved hotel contingents and travel options at the time of registration.The visitors will thankfully rely on the recommendations and choose from the possible options.
