In addition to the technical configuration of the registration and purchase processes, the visitor portal can be individually designed. It offers unlimited flexibility and possibilities for complete integration through our flexible ADITUS framework. In addition, we offer various interfaces for even deeper integrations: How about integrating sales and registration functions into your own event website or third-party apps? Configuration – Our framework convinces with strong standards: For example, the visitor portal appears in the corporate design of the event with just a few clicks. It allows the selection of a theme, the simple uploading of design and graphics, the choice of colour scheme, or the selection of your own font. Recognition guaranteed!
Step 2: More Individuality through Customised CSS or Scripts
CSS – Do you need a little more personal touch or do you want to highlight certain information very clearly? With simple instructions, such changes can be implemented and CSS, HTML, or JavaScript can be added. Such extensions can be easily integrated through concrete connection points.
Step 3: Embedding in Your Own Website
Integration of the visitor portal – With just a few lines, the core of our visitor portal can be easily integrated into your own website. The HTML code is completely available and can be designed with your own CSS. In addition to these deep integrations, the visitor portal offers further configuration options:
- header and footer can be displayed
- language recognition configurable: automatic or controlled by surrounding website
- own styling or custom CSS can be selected for integration
- superfluous content can be hidden
- size adjustment configurable

Step 4: HTML-Widgets
With our new HTML widgets we go one step further: With them, individual functions of the visitor portal can be easily integrated into the event website. They are visually customisable and thus merge with the design of the website. Since the content is loaded directly on the event website and all widget content is displayed without iFrames, Google can read the data better and improve the SEO ranking as a result.
Step 5: API & Webhooks
Even the creation of a custom user interface is no problem. The entire visitor portal functionality can be integrated into the web application, app, and system landscape of the event. Our visitor portal API is available for this purpose, with which own user interfaces can be implemented or extended by additional functional components. Our REST APIs, webhooks, and software development kits enable customised solutions, which we also use as the basis for our event organiser portal and exhibitor portal.
