Products – Online – Visitor Portal
Integration & Design Adaptation
Our visitor portal is white label – just like our on-site products, the organiser portal or the exhibitor portal. This way, the focus is on the event and the brand! In addition to the technical configuration of the registration and purchase processes, the visitor portal can be individually designed. It offers unlimited flexibility and possibilities for complete integration through our flexible ADITUS framework. In addition, we offer various interfaces for even deeper integrations: How about integrating sales and registration functions into your own event website or third-party apps? For a comprehensive shopping experience, we offer widget integration. Simply place it on your own website – with or without coding skills.
With our new HTML widgets we go one step further: With them, individual functions of the visitor portal can be easily integrated into the event website. They are visually customisable and thus merge with the design of the website. Since the content is loaded directly on the event website and all widget content is displayed without iFrames, Google can read the data better and improve the SEO ranking as a result.
With our developer tools, individual and unique customer experiences and products can be designed. In this way, the system landscape can be integrated and the registration can be tailored to the needs of organisers and participants.
Webhooks, also known as reverse APIs, enable event-dependent data transfer to any other platforms and systems. This enables live synchronisation of registrations and purchase information that flows directly into the CRM system. This is the basis to automate further tasks. More about our webhooks…
Our standard REST APIs
Custom frontends can be designed with your own tech stack or deep integrations: Our standard REST APIs give all possibilities for this.
Individual API and existing integration
Every organiser has its own preferred processes and service providers. That’s why we also offer custom-fitted solutions. Our in-house data integration team can use the ADITUS Data Integration Platform to create interfaces according to individual requirements and connect endpoints. Our customers also benefit from existing standard integrations from tens of different industry-standard providers, which can be easily adapted to their specific needs.
