On-Site Systems
Our on-site systems are all-rounders for ticket sales, registration, and clearing. They offer customer-oriented service for a quick start to the event and are the contact point for all participants in case of questions or spontaneous ticket purchases. The on-site systems can be easily integrated into existing systems via many different interfaces.
On-Site Cash Register
The on‑site cash registers provide everything required for fast, flexible, and reliable ticket sales directly at the venue. Staff access all ticket options via laptop or PC, while organisers define the payment methods and printing options to be used – from receipts to A4 documents, and from cash to card payments. This results in a customised on‑site setup that fits the specific requirements of each event.
Kiosk System
The kiosk system, also known as the On‑Site Shop, is the ideal solution for fast, low‑contact visitor registration directly at the venue. Visitors can sign in, redeem vouchers, and register independently, without any staff assistance. This ensures short waiting times, reduces personnel costs, and supports a smooth admission process.
On-Site Clearing
While many registration and ticketing enquiries can be resolved in advance, on‑site clearing provides a central point of contact for all remaining issues – from lost badges and name corrections to ticket adjustments. It offers organisers an effective tool for handling visitor enquiries quickly, transparently, and reliably. On‑site clearing can be carried out either via the Mobile Supervisor v6 or using the TERP web application. This supports smooth processes and contributes to a positive visitor experience.
