Our on-site systems are all-rounders for ticket sales, registration and clearing. They offer customer-oriented service for a quick start to the event and are the contact point for all participants in case of questions or spontaneous ticket purchases. The on-site systems can be easily integrated into existing systems via many different interfaces.

On-Site Cash Registers

The on-site cash registers are the contact point for visitors and the basis for high-quality and flexible service. They are equipped with:

the visitor portal software
RFID readers
Scanners (barcode/business cards)
printers for ticket and badge printing (receipt/thermo/laser)

Thanks to large displays and clear user interfaces, the service staff always have a clear overview and can quickly fulfil the wishes of the visitors. The visitors also have a good overview of the processes thanks to their own display. Payment at the on-site cash registers can be made in cash or by card via PIN pad. Contactless payment via RFID is particularly fast and convenient.

Kiosk-System

The kiosk system is our self-service registration – for all those who like to take things into their own hands. Visitors have access to their existing user account from previous trade show visits or register as a guest. They use the kiosk system to redeem vouchers independently and receive their ticket.
