With the Exhibitor Service Centre (ESC) from ADITUS, exhibitors manage their booth staff efficiently and flexibly. Exhibitors can invite employees to register, manage quotas, and issue exhibitor passes with individual permissions. Thanks to the intuitive operation of the ESC, exhibitors always have an overview of the registration status and can seamlessly control the process.

With the ESC, exhibitors can invite their booth staff quickly and easily. Exhibitors upload a list of employees as an Excel file – naturally in compliance with the GDPR. The file must contain email addresses and can optionally include other relevant personal data. This simplifies registration for employees and minimises errors during data entry.

Checking Registrations
After the invitations have been sent, exhibitors monitor the registration progress in the ESC. Exhibitors can see which employees have already registered and send automated reminder emails to those who have not yet signed up. This ensures that all relevant individuals receive their exhibitor pass in good time.

Downloading Exhibitor Passes
As soon as the booth staff have registered, they receive their digital access authorisation with QUICODE by email. On the day of the event, booth staff scan this code when entering the venue and receive their badge. The badge contains the name, company, and role. The badges can have different permissions, such as access to specific halls or VIP areas.
