The starting signal has sounded: The Gulf Information Security Expo and Conference (GISEC) is the first event at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) to use the innovative systems and services of ADITUS Event Tech Middle East LLC. The most important exhibition centre in the United Arab Emirates is setting the standard for a digital future in the field of registration and admission systems.
ADITUS Digitises First Trade Show Impression
The DWTC shines with new technologies: After a successful test run last year, the DWTC is now using ADITUS systems at its first event with GISEC. The premiere event will take place from 14th to 16th March 2023. As the most important trade show for digital security in the Middle East, GISEC is now establishing major digitalisation steps at DWTC’s first trade show. With new ticketing, admission, and marketing solutions, the DWTC will be able to welcome visitors to future trade shows using even smarter digital technology.
Everything New: Payment, Admission and Marketing
Based on the implementations of ADITUS, the digital experience of registration and admission at DWTC events has been improved in several places: A new feature in the registration process is a completely refreshed payment flow. Among other things, it offers the smart payment options such as Apple Pay. Also new in use is the link between registration and the associated LinkedIn profile, as well as the capability to share on social media platforms – visitors can make their community aware of their event participation through personalised social cards via LinkedIn or other social media. Upon entering the DWTC, visitors experience a worldwide unique technology: digitalised admission with automated badge printing as a one-stop solution in less than three seconds. The time when visitors had to go through several steps to gain access via badge is over. The DWTC is the first exhibition centre in the Middle East to use such advanced technological innovations. Sebastian Grein, COO at ADITUS GmbH, is live on-site to support the launch himself: “The best digital process changes are those that achieve positive effects and are implemented intuitively by the customer. It’s been fun to watch how naturally this new process is accepted.”
In May 2023, a next exhibition at the DWTC will be ready to offer its visitors a digital start: CABSAT, one of the most important trade shows around broadcasting, satellites, and digital media, will use the new technologies.
