ADITUS Takes Over Info Salons Middle East

By 14. October 2025General

ADITUS, based in Hanover/Germany, has acquired Info Salons Middle East, one of the leading event technology providers in Dubai/UAE, with retroactive effect from 1 July 2025. Through the acquisition of Info Salons, ADITUS is significantly expanding its international presence. The take over brings together German technology expertise with strong regional market knowledge, setting new standards for digital visitor and exhibitor services.

Partnership Becomes a Strategic Alliance

After nearly two years of successful collaboration, 100% of Info Salons shares have been purchased by the technology company ADITUS. Both companies specialise in visitor registration and admission control and have been working closely together as solution partners since early 2024.

Enrico Gallorini is handing over the company to ADITUS, laying the foundation for continued growth. With immediate effect, Chris Lloyd will take over management of the Dubai operations and will lead the company jointly with Marc Luzoff, Sebastian Grein, and Wilbert Heijmans.

Global Best Practices and International Standards

Both companies have achieved annual revenue growth of more than 20% over the past three years – clear proof of their innovative strength and close connection to the market. “With Info Salons on board, we are strengthening our position in EMEA. Our goal is clear: we aim to become the international benchmark for ticketing and registration services,” says Marc Luzoff, CEO of ADITUS.

Organisers will be able to run their international events using the same proven processes and integrations with standardised quality across all locations. ADITUS takes care of the diverse and country-specific regulatory requirements, such as e-invoicing, fiscalisation, and government ticketing APIs. At the same time, there remains scope for individual solutions: through the open shop API, organisers can develop their own frontends and differentiate themselves in the market on the basis of a stable and scalable technology backbone.

Continuity for Customers and Employees

Over the next twelve months, ADITUS will focus on harmonising standards and processes. Customers can continue to rely on their familiar contacts, and all ongoing projects, agreements, and services will continue to be delivered with the usual high standards.

Chris Lloyd emphasises: “It is important to us that, alongside our customers, our employees also feel a sense of stability, continuity, and trust.” The take over is intended to be a joint evolution that creates new synergies for the future.

Global Scalability and Growth Opportunities in Saudi Arabia

With the subsidiary of Info Salons in Saudi Arabia, ADITUS is active in one of the fastest growing and exciting exhibition markets in the world. International organisers now have direct access to a region that is set to become one of the global hubs for B2B events in the coming years.

“We are combining the strengths of two markets that have a great deal to learn from one another. With our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are opening the door for international organisers to one of the most dynamic exhibition markets worldwide,” says Chris Lloyd. Sebastian Grein, COO of ADITUS, adds: “Through this acquisition, we are laying the foundations to offer scalable solutions worldwide – both in established markets such as the United Arab Emirates and in growth regions like Saudi Arabia.”

For organisers, this means a consistent, location-independent user experience in the Visitor Portal and Exhibitor Service Center. Integration efforts for international exhibition companies are significantly reduced, while exhibitors and visitors benefit from a seamless and consistent event experience. With this step, ADITUS is positioning itself as one of the leading technology partners for trade shows and B2B events worldwide.
