Everything runs in parallel and requires good coordination so that everyone arrives in the right room on time. Our badges offer the all-in-one solution! 1. Badges, the All-Rounder at Congresses

Badges not only bring visitors to the event, they also allow access to booked events. Visitors scan the QUICODE on their badge to get into their booked lecture or workshop area. Never again the wrong workshop, never again overcrowded rooms! Ticket packages can be used to combine daytime and evening events. Different ticket scopes and price categories can also be set up quickly: from free admission to various discounts to full-pay admission. If accreditations are required for individual areas, they are requested by the system and stored in the organiser portal, which also integrates speaker management.

2. On Site and No Ticket Yet?

Spontaneous visitors can register on site to attend the congress. Whether at the ticket office, with a voucher at the kiosk system or via smartphone: visitors choose the most convenient way for them. By importing member lists via our system interfaces, free tickets without registration or discounts for association or chamber members can also be made possible. We are also happy to activate all RFID-enabled membership cards so that access can be gained directly without a separate ticket.

3. Save Time and Personnel

Our admission controls are as individual as a congress. They range from fully automated Self-Badging Gates (SBGs) to manually operated mobile supervisors. Our SBGs do not require any staff and the visitors enter the congress super fast – only one stop in less than three seconds. This way, up to 1,200 people per hour can enter the event through one turnstile alone. That saves time and personell. And through the targeted deployment of staff, the best service can be provided in a resource-saving manner.

4. Who? Where? How Long?

Our admission controls register visitors at the beginning of the congress. They can also be recorded when entering and leaving individual workshops, keynotes or lectures. Live dashboards show who is where at what time. Push-up notifications can also be set up when certain people arrive. For the creation of participant certificates, the data and the duration of attendance are read out and are then available.
