Organiser Portal
TERP stands for Ticketing-Enterprise Resource Planning – the event management portal from ADITUS. It is an event management software and is available as a desktop and web version. It gives event organisers full control and, thanks to live dashboards, a perfect overview of ticket purchases, registrations and check-ins before and during the event. It has never been easier: individualised and automated communication, management of employees, exhibitors and visitors as well as the visualisation of all successes of the event.
Configuration
The organisers use TERP for digital planning of ticketing, registration, and admission. It is used to structure communication with exhibitors, visitors, and staff. Organisers use it to individualise and plan their e-mails and TERP sends automated invitations and reminder e-mails. The ticket shop and the exhibitor portal are also adapted in TERP. In the TERP ticket administration, each person is assigned a role with authorisations. Proof of the legitimacy of this authorisation – e.g. a press ticket – is also stored here.
Clearing
If a person cannot perform the intended action with his or her ticket at the entrance or on the grounds, the service staff will provide support: the ticket details and history can be viewed via TERP. The event management software makes it possible to release a ticket for re-entry, to block a ticket or to reprint a badge. This makes it the perfect clearing instrument that masters all the challenges of everyday event life.
Event-Marketing-Features
Invitation and reminder e-mails are sent quickly and easily to exhibitors and visitors via TERP. The mails can be adapted independently via the campaign management and then automatically created and sent. The contact data can be imported directly into TERP. To push ticket sales, organisers can schedule promotional periods with voucher or discount codes. Live-Dashboards and customised reports are available before, during, and after the event in order to place such promotions in a targeted manner. This is how our event management software successfully supports event marketing.
