ADITUS GmbH is now the official partner of Spielwarenmesse eG and Merz Verlag, bringing modern ticketing and admission solutions to their flagship events until at least June 2027.
A Long-Term Partnership for Digital Innovation
On 1 September 2024, a new partnership between ADITUS GmbH, Spielwarenmesse eG and Merz Verlag commenced. This collaboration includes support for the annual Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg and the SPIEL in Essen. The partnership with ADITUS will further drive the digitalisation of trade shows and is initially set to run until 30 June 2027.
Premiere at Spielwarenmesse 2025: Automated Badge Printing
For the first time, participants at this year’s Spielwarenmesse received a name badge automatically upon entry. The printing is done on demand, with pre-registered participant data printed in seconds after a quick ticket scan. The smudge-free badge was ready for immediate use. This innovation was set to impress both visitors and exhibitors, as it simplifies and enhances interactions, while also enabling digital processes such as lead tracking.

Registration and Admission from a Single Source
As part of the agreement, ADITUS will manage registration, admission controls, select event marketing solutions, and trade show reporting. On-site support will also be provided to ensure seamless operations. This partnership highlights the increasing importance of digital processes in enhancing the live event experience.
